Walks and Waterfalls

Today we said goodbye to Matt. So happy I got to see him, although even for a short while. Love that boy. After we said our goodbyes, we hit the road to travel to Kalispell, a small city in Montana.

Enroute, a roadside sign that said “Kootenai Falls” caught our attention, so we pulled into the parking area. We were rewarded, too: at this tiny park we found a very impressive waterfall, as well as a cool swinging bridge.

We spent about 2 hours taking everything in, clambering over rocks to try and get the best views and phtos. Then we were back on the road.

The evening involved more beer and planning our adventure for the next few days.
