So, for those of you who are unaware Jules got me a brand new pair of golf clubs for my 30th birthday. Professional standard, Titelist AP1s.
Since then we have been on some more golf adventures.
The Dunes
Rated number 16 out of Australia’s top 100 golf courses by Golf Digest, this has to be the best course I have ever played on. We got a twilight package and a buggy – so we paid about $40 each for 18 holes, bargain. Carved out of the giant sand dunes this course offers wonderful views. The greens are super quick, smoothly grassed, big and firm and full of hidden rolls. It was like walking on clouds.
Yarrambat Park Golf
The standard of this one was a bit different to The Dunes. I think I played the worst golf in my playing history. However, we made a lot of new friends. Check out the Kanagroo and it’s Joey watching me put.
