So if you know me well you will know that I love a decent glass of red wine. Now I am no wine expert, I know little about wine, the regions, varieties, good years, bad years etc. and I definitely do not know how to smell or taste wine.
BUT what I do know is that I love a good glass.
A good and large glass of a full bodied red.
Bold, robust and intense with a smooth, velvety and long lasting palate.
Hints of oak, vanilla, chocolate, caramel, smoke etc.
I’ve tried my fair share of French and Italian wine and now I am exploring the Ozzy selection. So I thought I would use my blog to rate the wines I try (more so I can remember what I like and don’t like for future reference) and maybe give you some ‘wine inspiration’ next time you hit the wine isle.
